This working process involves both administrator and employee login to move forward
Login with your credentials as an admin or HR officer
Login with your employee credentials to web or mobile application
When read, an annoucement is marked as read and for read enforcement, an employee need to mark himself
Search in the announcement list with various conditions to retrieve your data
Create annoucement with details, designated department, date of publish and view enforcement
The announcement will pop-up when you log in or you can check in the announcement list
Checkout from administrator or HR account that who has seen the annoucement
Employees will be notified via email, and mobile application push notification
