No Refund Policy:
Hellohrm operates on a strict no refund policy. Once you have made a payment for our services, we do not offer refunds, regardless of the circumstances.
Payment Disputes:
If you believe there has been an unauthorized or erroneous charge on your account, or if you encounter any issues related to your payment, we encourage you to contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the matter promptly and, if appropriate, work to resolve it in a mutually agreeable manner.
Switch Subscription:
You have the option to switch your subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our service agreement. Please note that switching subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription or services you have already paid for.
Account Deactivation:
In cases of non-payment or violation of our terms of service, we reserve the right to deactivate or suspend your Hellohrm account. This action does not waive any outstanding payment obligations, and no refunds will be issued.
