Organization Registration

For registering in Hellohrm, go to hellohrm.com and click ‘Sign Up’ to start the registration process.

Fill out all the fields with necessary information on the ‘Sign Up’ page.

Make sure to use proper Username and Password because you will be using it to log in to Hellohrm.

After entering all the necessary information, click ‘Create Account’ to complete the registration process. 

Verify Your Email

After registration, an email will be sent to your email address for verification. Click ‘Verify your email’ to complete the email verification. If your email is not verified within 3 days then your account will be deactivated.

You can resend the verification email by clicking ‘Resend Email’.

You can change your email address by clicking ‘Change Email’. A new verification email will be sent to the updated email address after you change your email address.

Organization Setup

Enter the Company Address. Kindly note that this address will be used as your billing address.

Enter the Company Year Information. Note that the first day and month of your company calendar year cannot be changed once submitted. Kindly review this information carefully before submitting the form.

Select how you want to round an employee’s calculated leave balance.

The calculation of your company’s leave may result in fractions. You can choose to round up, round down, or keep it as it is.




Round Up: A balance of 8.7 will be rounded to 9, and a balance of 8.2 will be rounded to 8.5.

Round Down: A balance of 8.7 will be rounded to 8.5, and a balance of 8.2 will be rounded to 8.

Keep it Actual: The calculated balance will remain the same. For example, 8.7 will stay as 8.7.”

Enter your Company Week Information.

Click ‘Next’, to move to the next step of Organization Setup.

Enter Minimum Work Hours and Company Time Settings and click ‘Next’ to move to the next step.

Select the Third Party Tools that you want to integrate for your Organization and click ‘Complete’ to finish the Organization Setup.
