Process Request

This section is showing how a request life cycne to accept or cancel.

  1. Make Request (See Detail)
  2. Reception got an email, the request will show under the Receipent dashboard and All Request section

3. Click on the item from Dashboard or click on the message icon formt he all request list will open an box to communicate about that request.

4. If everything ok we can approved or cancelled the request

Few things we need to check,

Status:

we have few status here

  1. New – When a request posted and nothing happen with it mean no comment or any kind of action taking for that request
  2. Pending – If recipient post any message or there is any communication or anything with the request goes to pending it auto detected. Event it approved or cancelled if anyone post any message it goes to pending again.
  3. Approve or Cancel: This posted by Recipient or admin, If the conversation done or document or request approved the user has to change the status Approve or Cancel.

Message:

Employees can communiate thorugh the message box and they can send receive fiels from here as there is an attachment option.

Notification:

Any make request, message posted, Approve/Cancel notification send to mobile push notificaiton and email notification.
